Service 4 You Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of the Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program was created to reward the loyalty of our individual guests who choose us repeatedly and return to our hotels multiple times a year.
The program includes four levels:
Start (registration level), Plus, Premium, and Exclusive.
Each level offers unique benefits and discounts, increasing progressively as you move up.

2. Who Can Join?

Anyone who wishes to enjoy discounts and the benefits of the program can join.
Participation is free of charge and non-binding – all that’s required is a simple registration (name, email address, and confirmation).

3. Benefits of Joining

Upon registration, you receive5 bonus points (worth HUF 250).
Your next booking comes with a 5% discoun.
Starting from the Plus level, you can redeem points for further discounts.
From the Plus level onward, you earn extra points with each booking, which can be used in your next reservation.
Exclusive promotions and offers for loyalty members only.
Even at the Start level, every direct booking on our website earns you points and instant discounts.

4. Loyalty Account

Your account is created automatically upon registration (with name, email, and password).
Password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter and one number.
In case of forgotten password, a reset link will be sent to your registered email.
After login, you can see your current level, available points, and personal data.
You can update your details anytime.
Booking history, total spend, and special promotions will also be visible in your account.
You may opt in/out of promotional messages in your profile settings.

5. Redeeming Points

To redeem points, you must start your booking while logged into your loyalty account via our hotel website.
The system automatically calculates how many points can be redeemed based on your current level and available points.
The system uses the maximum redeemable amount by default – this cannot be changed manually.
You may choose not to redeem points.
If the booking is cancelled, redeemed points are re-added with their original validity period.

6. Earning Points

Bookings must be made while logged into your loyalty account on our website.
Points are calculated based on the total amount spent, and are shown after finalizing the booking.
You must pay the deposit as specified in your booking confirmation.
Final payment is made on-site during or at the end of your stay.
Earned points remain in “pending” status until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, after which they become available for redemption.
A loyalty program member may book a maximum of two rooms simultaneously.

Referral Rewards

You may invite new users who have never stayed at our hotels before.
Invited users receive 6 bonus points (HUF 300) upon registration.
You will receive 50 bonus points (HUF 1,000) after their first completed stay.

7. Loyalty Levels

START Level

Registration bonus: 5 points
Additional profile-based points:

Billing info: 5 pts,
First travel companion: 2 pts,
Feedback form: 10 pts,
Successful referral: 50 pts,
Referral bonus: 6 pts,
Preference setting: 5 pts,
Companion preference: 3 pts,
Segmentation saved: 3 pts

Points are not yet redeemable
1 point for every HUF 1,000 spent
1 point = HUF 50
5% discount on total booking amount

PLUS Level

Required: 5 room nights or HUF 350,000 total spend
Points can be redeemed for up to 10% of the booking total
1 point for every HUF 1,000 spent
1 point = HUF 50
8% discount on bookings
Free early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability, with prior notice)

PREMIUM Level

Required: 10 room nights or HUF 700,000 spend
Points can be redeemed up to 20% of booking value
1 point for every HUF 1,000 spent
1 point = HUF 50
12% discount
Free early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
In-room gift: fruit or wine (on request)

EXCLUSIVE Level

Required: 15 room nights or HUF 1,400,000 per calendar year
Points can be redeemed for up to 30% of the booking value
1 point per HUF 1,000
1 point = HUF 50
15% discount
Free early check-in and late check-out
In-room welcome gift: fruit or wine (on request)
Preferred room allocation (subject to availability)

8. Validity of Points

Points earned from registration, data completion, referrals, or bookings is 2 years.

9. Program Validity

Registration is valid for an indefinite period.
You can opt out at any time, confirmation will be sent within 24 hours.

10. Other Terms

Service 4 You reserves the right to modify the discounts, benefits, and services of each level. All affected members will be notified in advance.
The program may be terminated unilaterally with 30 days' written notice. Points may no longer be earned after this period, but any existing points can be used for an additional 365 days.
Points from different accounts cannot be combined.
